Return & Refund Policy for Digital Editing Services
Effective Date: March 16, 2025
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital editing services, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed and work has begun, refunds will not be issued. However, we strive to ensure client satisfaction and offer revisions where applicable.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- If no work has been started, a full refund may be issued upon request.
- If we are unable to complete the editing service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a partial or full refund may be granted.
- If a technical issue or duplicate payment occurs, a refund may be processed after review.
3. Revision Policy
- Clients may request minor revisions within 14 days of receiving the edited document at no additional cost.
- Extensive revisions beyond the original service scope may incur additional charges.
- Requests for revisions must be specific and based on the original instructions provided.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The client changes their mind after work has begun.
- The client is dissatisfied with subjective aspects of editing (e.g., writing style preference) after work has been completed.
- The edited document is rejected by a third party (e.g., a publisher, professor, employer) for reasons outside of our control.
- The client fails to provide necessary materials or instructions, causing delays or incomplete work.
- Client misses a scheduled appointment.
5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, clients must contact us at customerservice@dbceduconsulting.com within 14 days of order completion. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions are final.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method. Any processing fees deducted by payment providers are non-refundable.
7. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
